Went surfing today. It was awful, it was like a near death experience. But it was a heck of a workout. But honestly, it was terrible and dangerous.
I had an enchilada with rice for breakfast, which was good indeed. I ate this before surfing. Then I had a Ramen noodles with three Vienna sausages. After that I had a piece of peach cobbler. For dinner I had a Spam musubi modified. Basically two musubis put together, but I used less rice. Also had a diet Pepsi. Then lastly I ate some spaghetti, light on the sauce.

Day 51 - Week 8 (Final week of cut)
I had coffee today indeed. And I ate a cup of Cheerios. Then I had a bowl of egg drop soup with bean sprouts. Then I had that weird vitamin thing. GNC women’s ultra mega. I don’t know what is in it, but I ate it. I then had saimin soup, and two Spam musubis with diet Pepsi. Later that night I had a tiny, baby omelette. It had green beans and onions and mozzarella cheese. I ate it with ketchup. Then for dessert I had a cookie and peach cobbler! So good.

Day 50. - Week 8 (Final week of cut)
I ate so much today, I was just super hungry, I’m not really sure why though.
I had a two cups of coffee. I ate the last two servings of sweet potato casserole, one piece earlier in the day, the other later. Earlier in the day I also had a one piece of bread tuna sandwich. I tried to make brownie brittle, but it kind of came out wrong haha. It was too hard and thick. It tasted ok, but still it didn’t come out right. Nonetheless, I ate a whole bunch of that, probably like half a pan or more. For lunch I had pork chop sirloin leftovers and a salad that was heavy on the onion factor. For first dinner I ate out at a Mexican restaurant. I had the enchilada plate, which comes with an enchilada, rice, and beans. They also gave us chips and salsa before our meal came out. The table went through at least like 3 baskets of those chips I think. They taste good indeed. For second dinner I had a humongous plate of food. I had myself all the meat off of a turkey leg, mashed potatoes, stuffing, all covered in gravy. Also I had a tortilla so I could make a “Thanksgiving leftover wrap”. I drank a tall glass of crancherry juice.
I guess the only good thing that I did towards health today was go surfing for a little bit before it got dark. It was so hard to paddle out today. The waves were destroying me haha. But I finally got out there, and I didn’t catch any of the big ones, but I caught some that were under head height. Better than nothing and I need all the practice I can get haha.
So I log my weight for each day on my phone and here on Tumblr. Somewhere along the way, I lost track because I have more days logged in on my phone than I do on my blog. I’m not sure which one is right, but I’m going to go with the days numbered on my blog. Just thought I’d let you know. It’s been a bit confusing. I think on my phone I’m two days ahead. But like I said, I’m going with what it says on my blog.
This also marks the day that is the last week for my cut. And that is a pretty big deal for me.
I do not remember the specific order in which I had my foods on this day. But I will make a good chronological guess.
Then a plate of leftovers. Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry sauce. I, only this year, have now realized how complimentary cranberry sauce is to turkey.
Jell-O pie. The last forbidden slice!
Then I’m guessing I had cookies with icing. There were gingerbread man cookies, and at least one sugar cookie.
Two Spam musubis and diet Pepsi.
Pumpkin crumble cake.
When I got home I had a bite of stuffing, but I didn’t want to eat a meal because I know I had enough to consume that day anyway. I just didn’t take a picture of it.

On this day I ate the rest of that Subway sub from the previous day for breakfast.
Then I finished off the can of chicken and dumplings from the other day as well.
Later I enjoyed two Spam musubis and diet Pepsi. I also ate a corner piece of garlic bread.
Then I made some egg-drop soup that was yumm-o. It had bean sprouts in it, then I added some seaweed and kale into my bowl. I drank some sweet tea with that meal.
At the end of the day, I drank some hot cocoa that I found very fantastic haha.
I started my day with a cup of gingerbread coffee. Sugar and 2% milk. Iced. And for breakfast I had myself some a half can of chicken and dumplings that I put some kale into.
Then for lunch, I treated myself to Subway. I had a foot-long sub on 9 grain honey oat, I think was the bread. It was a sweet onion teriyaki chicken sub. I had shredded cheese on it, toasted. It also had spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, light mayonnaise, honey mustard, and some sort of new Sriracha sauce. I also had the meal deal, which was 2 cookies, one was chocolate chip, the other was raspberry shortcake I think, along with a soda (2 diet Cokes, 1 Barq’s Rootbeer).
Then for dinner I had two servings of chicken cooked in sauce garnished with jalepeno peppers. A side of salad as well.
Later in the night, I had a dessert of some sugar cookies. I ate two.
I was a bit surprised by my weight this morning, but the fact is I weighed in at this much. Which isn’t that bad, I mean it’s not ideal but it’s not the worst. I was just surprised because I thought I ate well yesterday.
Additionally, sorry for the foggy pictures. The mirror was still like that after my shower.

Today I had some of that Chef John’s caramel chicken again. The last of it for now.
A little bit later I had some sweet potato casserole. Then I had some turkey from Thanksgiving.
For dinner I had some saimin soup, and two Spam musubis with egg in them. I drank a diet Pepsi too.

I did surfing today for a long time. It was quite choppy waters and kind of a poop day for surfing as far as I am concerned but it was a good calorie burner.

Later I had those dark chocolate candies, and dinner was pork chop with green beans, baked beans, and au gratin potatoes.

Finally part of the under 170 lbs club! Haha, at least for the day, after a lot of exhausting surfing. Haha. I’ll be more than that tomorrow probably. I hope not, but let’s be realistic, look at what I ate haha.
Today was kind of a lazy day for me as far as working out went.
For breakfast I had some leftovers, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, cranberry sauce,and turkey.
Then I had some desserts. Cool whip and pie and sweet potato casserole. And pumpkin pie again. Also had a couple fudge covered crackers.
I then had my lunch of two Spam musubi and diet Pepsi.
Then I had some delicious food called “Chef John’s caramel chicken.” It was a bit spicy but really yummy.
Then I had some more pumpkin pie and then a slice of Jell-O pie too.

Day 44. Thanksgiving food
So today, as far as I’m concerned, was a day to show no mercy and devour haha. I did not keep tracks of the amounts of food I ate, but I will give you a list of the different items.
I went surfing this day in the morrow after throwing the turkey in the oven. It wasn’t that great of a day on the water, not too many good waves and I didn’t do good. I only caught a couple good rides.
I’ll update my food in a bit.

In the morning I had soup. It was a canned gumbo. About 220 calories.
Then I had a peanut butter and Jelly sandwich.
For dinner I had a Spam musubi, diet Pepsi, and a piece of fried chicken.
Later that night I snacked on a few pumpkin spice Hershey’s kiss chocolates. I also had some Oreo double stuffed cookies with peanut butter.

I had some steak and broccoli for breakfast. Then later for lunch I had some more leftovers. It was some roast pork with salad. I also had a cup of iced coffee. For dinner I had the same as yesterday. It was a bowl of saimin and two Spam musubis. Then when I got home I had two cups of Cheerios. And I had a very late snack of peanut butter and jelly with chocolate chips.

I did the same workout as yesterday except I didn’t feel sick from doing it haha. I ate before working out, so hopefully that sickness doesn’t happen again.

I was able to do my second set of squats today, yay! Hopefully it will all lead to dunking a basketball one day. Fingers crossed.
Today I woke up and I had a cup of coffee.
Then I decided I would work out on an empty stomach, which was not a good idea. I think that only having the coffee in my system made me get sick from it. I think I’ll make sure to have a proper breakfast next time.
I later had a slice of pineapple pizza.
Then I had a serving of saimin soup (noodles) and two Spam musubis. I had diet Pepsi throughout the latter half of the day as well.

I was planning on doing another set of squats, but I got sick so I didn’t. It was really weird too, I threw up a little, then kind of got really light headed, and I couldn’t hear properly, and nearly passed out. I had the cold sweats, and heaved. It was pretty awful, hopefully it won’t happen again.
